Pepox's nutrition plan Here's my secret... And its not a secret really.

I learned all of this Steroid Encyclopaedia and I put it on practice... Most of you should know it, I just put it on practice.Heres the diet and nutrition everyone wants to know....* FOUR IMPORTANT RULES *
1. No Sugars. (Candies, Ice-Creams, M&Ms, etc...) Its very

hard, specially if your are on an activity at work or a family reunion, and they offer you lots of custards, cakes, etc.) I used only Equal.
2. 2. NOTHING FRIED. (Avoid Kentucky Fried Chicken,

PizzaHut, French Fries, Etc...Only Chicken Salads without Dressing! and Diet Coke. Preferible Water!, or Chicken Woopper without Mayo, Diet Coke, and put the french fries in the garbage!). The trick!... Use PAM Spray to do your meats!. I buy boneless-skinless chicken most of the time. You can try 90% Fat Free Ground Meat too,Tuna, Fish, etc).
3. 3. Control Your Carbs... Avoid all things made with flour

like Bread at all costs!. Cook the rice only with water! I mean do not add oil and salt. Baked Potatoes, you can take it, just do not add chesse, or butter, or mayo!) No more than 200 grams of carbs. For carbs I ate Whole Wheat Bread, Oatmeal, Skim Milk or FatFree Milk, Rice and Baked Potatoes.
4. 4. Cardio. Its hard to wake up in the morning and do 30

minutes or cardio on a stationary bike! Not all can do it. I did it most of the time. But if not, I'll do it during the day. When I woke up, I took 2 pills of Xenadrine or Ripped Fuel, 30 minutes later, do my cardio for 30 minutes but intense. Sweat like a pig using those Plastic Clothing! Then after cardio, I took 10 grams of L- Glutamine with 2 scoops of Whey Protein.

Nutrition:Im going to gives you an example of my nutrition during that time! I took near 325 grams of protein, less than 200 grams of carbs and less than 50 grams of fat a day. But the first 3 months was less than 150 grams of carbs, and like 200 grams of protein. Tried to consume less fat as possible. In the Morning or BreakFast: 1 cup if cooked oatmeal, 1 slice whole wheat bread, 1 scoops whey protein, with 4 white eggs. 1 Multivitamin. Mid-Day: Protein Shake. 2 scoops whey protein with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, add 4oz Skim Milk, then fill shaker until reach 15oz with water. 500mg Vit-C. Lunch: 4-6oz. Broiled Breast Chicken or a can of Tuna. 1 cup Rice or 1 baked potatoe. Pre-WorkOut Preparation: 30 minutes before hitting the gym: A carbohydrate/Protein Shake. 1 Calcuim Pill. What I do is 2 scoops whey protein with those Simple Sugar Creatines. Try not to take more than 30-35 grams of simple sugars, or a Gatorade. mixed with the whey protein.Can Add 2-3 grams of L-Glutamine. 2 pills of Thermogenics (Xenadrine or RippedFuel or any). WorkOut: Do your workout, but take your 32oz of Amino2222 with you. Take a sip before entering the gym, if your workout its for more than an hour and a half, then when 45 minutes passed, go to your car at take another sip. When finish your workout, take another sip. Suddenly when reaching home take another Carbohydrate /Protein Shake. Same as in the Pre-Workout, but, add 1000mg of Vit-C, 400iu Vit-E. Add 5 grams of L- Lgutamine, also if you have L-Arginine, and L-Lysine. Take them. Between 45-60 mitutes after post workout shake take a good meal! 6-10oz of Chicken or lean meat, with 2 cups of rice, or a big potatoe. Drink Water!...No Diet Drinks. Take 1 calcium pill.One hour after meal take another shake. This one will be an MRP (Meal Replacement Powder).If you dont have it, you can make it! Take 1 scoop of whey protein and add 1 scoop of Whey Gainer Protein, If you dont have Whey Gainer Protein, add then 2-3

tablespoons of oatmeal and add some cinammon to get a good taste. Take one multivitamin. Two-Three hours later you can take a small meal or another shake, but just whey protein shake. No oatmeal, or whey gainer. Do the same at sleep time. Remember that When I said Whey Protein are those that are very low in carbohydrates. Those that has less than 6 grams of carbs per servings. And those whey gainers are not those 2000, or 4000 cals whey gainers like TwinLab has. There are betters. Those that has between 450-600 calories per servings in 3 or 4 scoops like Nlarge2 from ProLab or Gainer's Matrix from ISS. And I've never did 3-4 scoops of those WheyGainers. Just 1 or 2.If you have a shaker, do the following. Fill it with whey protein until it reaches 5-7 oz, then fill it with skim milk until it reaches 10-12oz, then fill the rest with water until it reaches 15-17oz. You'll have between 30-40 grams of protein in each shake. Between 7-40 grams of Carbs, depending if you add oatmeal or whey gainers.

On week 10, 200mg of Primo on Mon, and 100mg on Thu, 50mg winny on Mon, Wed, Fri.On week 11, 200mg primo Mon, and 200mg Primo on Thu. 50mg winny on Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri. etc. etc.
