Position: Probationary Officers The eligibility for the role is: Age less than 30 yrs as on 31 March 2011. B.E./ B .Tech /Any Post Graduate from a recognized University (Distance learning/ Open Universities not eligible) with minimum 50% marks. Candidates who have completed / going to complete any of the above courses in 2011 and awaiting results may also apply subject to the condition that they have to submit original of provisional Degree Certificate at the time of interview/joining the Bank, if selected. Excellent communication skills - English & Tamil Only (The Bank is currently seeking candidates to be placed at Tamil Nadu) 3 month computer course required for non-computer students.

CTC: Approx. Rs.4 L per annum depending on location of posting.

The selection process would entail the following: 1. Eligible candidates would need to appear in a written test conducted by ETAS (English language, Reasoning, Quantitative ability, Computer knowledge would be tested through objective type written test of approx 90 mins. duration). 2. Shortlisted candidates thereon would undergo interview by ETAS (General Knowledge, Communication, and general sharpness/bent of mind towards the role etc would be ascertained at this stage). 3. Names of shortlisted candidates from stage 2 would be forwarded to the Bank and based on their assessment they would call the candidates for a final Interview round with them There are certain service agreements pertaining to aspects such as Probation period, 3 year Bond, Caution Deposit etc, all of which we can enumerate later. Few other aspects: Candidates who have already applied to KVB before need not apply. All candidates appearing in the test would need to carry a photograph to be pasted on an application form. Candidates who clear the test round would need to carry their CVs for the interview with us Candidates need to keep handy softcopy of CV. Candidates who are shortlisted would need to immediately email the same to us. The CVs must contain: o Photograph (CV with photograph pasted on it) o Email address Communication Address Gender Date of Birth Mobile/phone number Final marks obtained at high school/graduation/post-graduation level Details of Computer course attended as part of curriculum or otherwise Please carry the attached application form duly filled while coming for the Campus Recruitment.
