Rabobank International Continued Accountable for trade processing and settlement risk for unsecured Money Market products. Managed and monitored all aspects of Foreign Exchange and Money Market Operations while supervising and mentoring four direct reports. Worked closely with examiners and auditors through aggressive telephone correspondence. Automated all Foreign Exchange payments utilizing SWIFT. Assisted in the Globalization of Foreign Exchange activity to Rabobank London. Implemented the cross training of staff for various positions within operations. Implementation of new systems and Upgrades

Tested and implemented E-GIFTS for Treasury Settlements. Created test plan and coordinated with IT department to ensure all appropriate interphases worked properly into Midas and SWIFT Tested and implemented numerous upgrades to main frame banking system which included the automation of payments and confirmations (Midas) Tested and implemented all changes SWIFT initiated which included various message types and upgrades. Changed manual processing of the Issuance of Commercial Paper and Certificates of Deposit by testing and implementing the automated process offered by our IPA agent. Tested all facets of automating the Cash Position processing using a product provided to us by Misys. (Midas) Assisted in the testing of automating trade tickets using Tropics and Kondor to ensure interphase to Midas was accurate and correct. Participated in the testing and implementation of Confirmation Matching. This included the automation of the release of confirmations and payments.
