TUMBOKON, of legal age, U.S. citizen, married, with address at 602 Alexander Circle, Bluefield, VA 24605, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, with full and special power and authority to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit:
