PREFACE On-the-job training is a meaningful activity on every students who are about to finish their studies for them to be equipped well to find and sharpen their professional skills.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I would like to extend my gratitude to those people who helped me to pursue and finish this training as an BSBA-FM Student. Thank you to my superiors who accepted me in their office to use my skills and my knowledge that I have acquired during my stay in SMU. Thank you to Maam Loreta V. Garlitos for her unending advises and other moral support. To my instructors who helped me to in everything they can. To my friends who are always there to show their support and impart their opinions that enable me to become motivated and inspired in everything I do. I would also like to extend my deepest appreciations and thanks to my parents for their emotional and financial support and to our Almighty for giving me good health to perform such activities in working the working place.

INTRODUCTION On-the-Job Training provides the opportunity in promoting worthy values and developing strong moral character among other people in the community. It is one of the factors that are helpful to the students in enriching and developing their knowledge learned at school. The new rediscovery and development of the student who will undergo such training maybe determined through the ability to accomplish work by following instruction and performing the duties and responsibilities diligently. A. SIGNIFICANCE OF OJT As a student we must be knowledgeable enough to do the all the work in the bank. The following are the abilities and the significance of the OJT for the students to become well-prepared professionals: 1. It is tool for applying, enriching, and enhancing the acquired knowledge in the school in their particular field of endeavor. 2. A way of changing student outlook in life through exposure in the performance of actual work that may serve as the stepping-stone for future life. 3. It develops inter personal relationship with other employees within the agency/Office.

B. DESCRIPTION OF WORK In the office of municipality of Luna, I was assigned in Assessor Office. I let the paper works; I encode some documents, have it printed and produce copies of it. I do also some public relation work like disseminating of messages to my other superiors and sometimes when theres no heavy paper works, writing the RIP No .of FAAS.

C. SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED Though I can say I learned a lot inside our school, in STI Education Center, I can tell that learning never stop in the four corners of the class room. I learned how to communicate and build relationship to my co-students whom I worked with for several months. I also enhance my skills in manipulating computers. I learned some techniques in typing jobs and some other paper jobs.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCES As a graduating student, it is a requirement to undergo the On-the-Job Training in order to experience the real world of work and will help to improve the skills and to succeed in the future workplace. This is the summary and report on experiences and activity that I have undergone during my Onthe-Job Training at Municipality of Luna, Isabela. This On-The-Job Training helps me a lot in developing my personality as well as boosts my selfconfidence in the workplace. It was very fruitful and enjoyable despite those hardships and problems I have encountered. It really enriched my knowledge and skills. It gives me also strength to face those trials that wait after graduation. This will serve as my stepping-stone to fulfill all my goals in my life. CONCLUSION This is the most unforgettable and remarkable period/ moment in my life. It is a period when a student has to adjust himself/ herself to the nature of On-the-Job Training. We were always kept busy during those days, working in the office, dealing with many people as well as with different clients, office personnel and many others. So, it was not an easy task. Therefore, I realized that every person differ in so many ways.
