FORMAL OFFER OF EVIDENCE

The Complainant, by the undersigned counsel, respectfully offers their documentary exhibits in support of their case: 1. Exhibit A, the complaint Affidavit of the Complainant STEPHANIE HIRANG to prove the circumstances and allegations based on her personal knowledge of the events in the shooting of the victim, and to prove further that there was no unlawful aggression on the part of the victim; 2. Exhibit A-1, the signature of the Complainant STEPHANIE HIRANG to prove that she executed the said Affidavit; 3. EXHIBIT B, the .45 Pistol, owned by the Defendant to prove the use of such firearm in the shooting of the victim; 4. Exhibit C, the Medical Autopsy report of Dr. Haydena Kho, Forensic Pathologist who conducted the postmortem examination of the body of the victim, Brando Hirang to prove the cause of death of the victim Brando Hirang, and to further prove that the wound was caused by a gun fired at close range; 5. Exhibit C-1, the signature of Dr. Haydena Kho on the Medical Autopsy report to prove that she has executed the report after the examination the victim. WHEREFORE, the prosecution respectfully prays that the foregoing Exhibits be admitted as proof of the facts therein stated and in support of its case-in-chief and for all other relevant purposes.
