Employee Relation section, and provide services to all employees regarding their entitlements as per Company policy. DIMENSIONS Payroll Benefit Number of Employees BACKGROUND The Senior Employee Relations Officer reports the Employee Relation Section Head (HCA/1) together with the Employee Relation Officers. The Human Capability Division manages the employees salary and Companys policies and producers on all entitlements of employees including employee relations and termination related issues, where Personnel Administration Department ensures the implementation of such policies / procedures. Therefore, it is a major challenge for the Sr. Employee Relations Officer to supervise and perform the Section activities, cope with the busy environment of preparing and processing promptly all documents related to employee relations for the company employees, and answer queries of concerned employees on related matters. All such documents are processed on the basis of the computerized personnel data that consists of variety of information on employees and dependents. Therefore, it is a significant challenge for the incumbent to coordinate, monitor and maintain up-to date employee information that has an impact in all kind of payments as well as to provide supervisor or management with related reports when required. Employee Relations Section also maintains the Secondees Payroll and is the custodian of the Policies/ procedures and arrangements of the Secondees parent companies. Therefore, Secondees salary and entitlements are processed by the Sr. Employee Relations Officer and any related issues are referred to the officer. (regarding Secondees), and Abu Dhabi Pension Fund to coordinate and provide or exchange information on work related matter. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES To prepare and check personnel action forms and notification letter for new recruits and existing employees. To check and verify the processing of annual leave applications of Abu Dhabi based employees, absenteeism for all Company employees other than rotation leaves. To supervise/ process the expense claims, duty travel request forms and all benefits and allowances for the company employees in accordance with policy entitlements. To liaise and follow with HCA/2 (Medical section) for employees annual, routine, service extension and service termination medical check up, submit unfit cases for management decision. To liaise and follow up with BSL for employees medical cases in relation to their disability percentages and insurance payment. To render services to company employees for answering their queries on the status of document processing, their entitlements and other related matters. To process Secondees salary and other entitlements/ payments in line with their parent companies policy and agreements. To check and rectify the monthly pension contribution transferred by Finance Division to Abu Dhabi Pension Fund for all UAE National Employees. To check and provide list of retirees to concerned line in advance for their information or to decide if extension of service is require and prepare recommendation for management approval. To arrange in coordination with the concerned line managers for exit interview of resigned employees, prepare Note For File for management decision/ approval for terminated UAE National Employees, and to process all final formalities related to completion of service for Direct Hire employees and Secondees of the Company. To check employees final settlements calculation and liaise with Abu Dhabi Pension Fund regarding UAE National pension for settlement of outstanding payment and other related formalities. Ensure maintenance of up to date computerized personnel information, and ensure preparation of confidential files for all company employees. To carryout studies and prepare analysis reports for management, and procedure on regular/ ad-hoc basis other related reports for management. To supervise and follow up appropriate action of management decisions on grievances. To monitor probationary period status of employees, and check action letters issued to implement the approved decision.

To administer companys long service awards and certificates issuance and distribution, and supervise the issuance of End Of Service certificates for employees. To check and provide Arabic Monthly Report for security requirement of all company locations, review HR Division Monthly report.

Minimum Requirements: BSc in Admin. Or HR Management 3 years experience in HR field of Employee Relation activities knowledge of Oracle system 10 years Experience
