YOUR AHU PROJECT TEAM AND CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

EVERY AIR ENTERPRISES CUSTOMER PROJECT HAS THREE MAJOR MANDATES: 1. Custom Design & Engineering to Exact Specifications 2. Top Quality Manufacturing 3. 100% On-Time Shipment Guaranteed. To achieve all this requires a well-orchestrated process driven by experienced professionals your AHU Project Team. Your primary team members are a Project Manager and a Design Engineer who head up the process, fully supported by Plant Management, Manufacturing Team Leaders, Quality Control and Customer Service. OUR DEVELOPMENT PROCESS IS ORGANIZED IN 5 STAGES, AS FOLLOWS: I. ORDER ENTRY AND PROJECT TEAM ENGAGEMENT On the Order Entry date the Project Team is assigned -- generating immediate action Project Kick-Off Meeting is conducted within 48 hours to organize all items, including project requirements, submittal timing, delivery goals and expectations of all principal contacts (Owner, Engineer, Reps, etc.)

II. SUBMITTAL/APPROVAL Project Team prepares Submittal Package unit drawings, equipment notes, calculations and relevant details. Project scope, construction and performances are reviewed against specifications and AE compliance standards Prior to release of Submittal Package to Customer; Submittal Package is reviewed by Design Review Team Project Team and select Senior Engineering personnel. Design Review Team reviews compliance to project specifications, AE design standards and manufacturability. Following internal approvals, our Project Team offers to review Submittal Package with client team members to assure all objectives are met and to speed expedition of final approval

III. PRE-FABRICATION Following approval and release for fabrication, fabrication detail drawings are and authorized for release to manufacturing generated, checked

Required equipment and components are ordered and a tracking schedule is established Weekly Production meetings provide up to date information in monitoring the progress of all fabrication stages.

IV. FABRICATION/TESTING Your AHU fabrication is continuously monitored with inspections at all production stages Formal unit release is signed off by all members of your Project Team When testing is required, your AHU Project Team supervises all performing of tests, compiling data and issuing reports

V. INSTALLATION/START-UP/WARRANTY Shipping is carefully coordinated with our Customers to assure a smooth transition from plant to job site and to utilize our Field Services, if required Your AHU Project Team and Customer Services jointly make sure all details in installation and startup are met to your complete satisfaction Ongoing follow-up service and engineering assistance are available for any unit at any time during AHU equipment lifecycle Air Enterprises 40-Year Warranty is the best in the business period.
