2.) In our previous letter to you, we asked you to describe in detail all the forms of voter education you intended to be involved in and to submit copies of all flyers, handouts, pamphlets, or other written material you intended to distribute at such activities. Submit the following information: We elected not to do voter guides, and therefore no money was spent on those efforts. This will apply to the future, as this organization has committed to no lobbying or voter guide efforts, as our expense report illustrates. We have updated our narrative description of our activities to comply with this request, which is attached at the end of the document. ANSWER THE QUESTION MORE DIRECTLY, SUPPLY THE INFO, RE-SUBMIT THE ENTIRE FORM 1023 AS AN ATTACHMENT WITH NO REFERENCE TO VOTER GUIDES (a) Climate Change Education Forum: state who was asked to speak at the forum, the criteria you used to select such speakers, the number of speakers that were selected, the subjects you asked to be presented or the subjects the speakers were going to present, whether you required any technical standards, and whether you intended to moderate the forums to ensure proper educational standards were met. Also submit the criteria used to select the community groups you invited to participate, the names of the community groups you invited to participate, the manner in which the groups were asked to participate, what such participation entailed, how the community groups were selected, and the manner in which such groups were asked to participate. Finally, explain your statement that this Forum was your only official public event. Climate Change Conference Speakers: scheduled speakers were from 501C3 organizations throughout the nation and were recognized as experts in their field. Pat Michaels from the Cato Institute (501C3), Ben Lieberman from the Heritage Foundation (501C3), Mary Hutzler from the Institute for Energy Research (501C3) and journalist and author William Tucker to discuss book Terrestrial Energy dealing with all types of energy currently in use. Attendance: No specific community groups were chosen to participate. The event was open to the public. Anyone could attend. Forum as only event: The forum has been our only official event as we have encountered roadblocks in fundraising and grant requests because 501C3 certification has not been obtained. (b) Young Americans for Liberty at Ohio State (also called Young Americans for Liberty Constitutional Law Seminar): Describe in detail your activities at or for this event. State whether you set this event up yourself, whether you were one of several organizations sponsoring the event, or whether you were only a supporter of the event. Provide copies of any specific contract arrangements or a detailed description of any oral arrangements, and an accounting of your expenditure of $4,120 at the event. Describe in detail how people were made aware of this event and provide copies (or a detailed explanation) of any educational material describing or passed out at the event. We provided financial support in the form of a one-time donation made payable directly to Young Americans for Liberty. American Junto received prior information about the topics that would be covered by Sheriff Mack. The topics were educational in nature, relating to the constitutional role of a Sheriff. American Junto did not handle promotions or management of the event, but simply contributed to speaking fees. This check was made payable directly to Richard Mack. You also stated that independent contractors are those individuals working for you for a fee, and they will be compensated based on a specific contract arrangement, recorded and outlined for IRS purposes. In your reply to our previous letter, you stated that your contract arrangements for speakers, confirmations, and scheduling for your "only official public event" (the Climate Change Education Forum) all took place via email, and that you covered the travel expenses for the speakers that were able to attend and offered refunds for the members that requested them as a result of the snow cancellation. Scheduled speakers were scholars from 501C3 organizations who had done research in the field of climate change and energy use. They are known throughout the nation and recognized as experts in their respective fields. Pat Michaels from the Cato Institute (501C3), Ben Lieberman from the Heritage Foundation (501C3), Mary Hutzler from the Institute for Energy Research (501C3) and journalist and author William Tucker to discuss book Terrestrial Energy dealing with all types of energy currently in use around the world. An educated person will be able to effectively articulate the county precinct committee makeup and the reason for these committees to exist. THIS GUY IS A FUCKING ASSHOLE. DONT BE AFRAID TO WRITE NOT YET DETERMINED, BUT IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND INTERNAL REVENUE CODE RULINGS: WE WILL CONSLULT AN ATTORNEY PRIOR TO ENGAGING IN SUCH ACTIVITIES THIS ANSWER CAN BE USED ELSEWHERE.
