This is to confirm that the above Society is registered under No.-TNA/(VSI)/HSG (TC)/12263/ Dated 20/10/2000 is the owner of the above land pursuant to the conveyance dated in respect of the land bearing Plot No.-39, 7 to 11 & 15 to 17 & 19 to 25, Servey No.of More Village, has been executed in favour of Society registered under No._____________Dated - _________and as such the society is the owner of the plot of land and building thereon. The Society has allotted/transferred/agreed to transfer the above referred premises to Mr. Naresh Bajranglal Gour We accept that Mr. Naresh Bajranglal Gour is a member /bonafide members of the society. We undertake to submit the deed document to the Bank if not already done, once it is registered in favour of this allottee and received from the concerned authorities. We hereby assure you that the above referred premises, as well as the said land appurtenant thereto is not subject to any encumbrance , charge of liability of any kind whatsoever and that the entire property is free and marketable. We further confirm that we have a clear , legal and marketable title to the said property and every part thereof, and that all taxes and dues in respect thereof have been paid upto date.

Dist Thane, Tal Vasai 401209. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We confirm that there are no restrictive /negative convenants in the bye-laws/ rule of the above mentioned society concerning the transfer of shares/members interest in the society and other related matters. We hereby confirm and agree that we have No Objection to your giving a loan to the said allottee/transferee/proposed transferee and their mortgaging the said Flat to you/your security trustee by way of security for the loan. We hereby agree to note your lien charge in our books in respect of the above said Flat and Mr. Naresh B. Gour will no be permitted to cancel , transfer , assign, set off or any other way/manner deal with the said flat prejudicial to the interest of the Bank / the security trustee nominated by the Bank, without the prior written consent of the Bank / the security trustee nominated by the Bank . We undertake that as soon as the transfer formalities are completed we will send the Original Share Certificate to the Bank/the security trustee nominated by the Bank directly .
