I clearly understand the rules and what is expected of me I feel like I can go to speak with Alex outside of class I feel comfortable and relaxed in the classroom, it is a good learning environment. If I don't know the answer, Alex helps me to work it out for myself without just giving me the answer. If I worked hard and did my best it was appreciated and recognized.
