2005 to 2009 Drilling Engineering Manager consulting for Petrochina International Indonesia Ltd, manage the engineering team, recruit drilling supervisor and drilling superintendent, and assist Senior Drilling Manager to manage the drilling group for Indonesia operations. 2002 to 2005: Independent Consultant for Local oil field service companies and Chinese Drilling and Work Over Service Companies. 2001 to 2002: Managing Director of PT. Huabei Petroleum Service at Indonesia. A drilling and work over rig contractor in Riau Province. 1998 to 2001: ARCO/BP China Inc. Vice President North China Unit Managed the exploration and development of South Hedong Coal Bed Methane Project in Shanxi Province. Chief Representative for ARCO/BP for the joint venture development project of QHD 32-6, a heavy oil reservoir located in 20-meter water offshore Bohai Bay in North China. The development project consists of the construction of six wellhead platforms, a million barrel FPSO and drilling and gravel pack completion of 163 directional and horizontal wells with total capital budget of $550 + million dollars. 1990 to 1991: Temporarily assignment as Drilling Manager for ARCO China Inc., Responsible for the drilling operations of two offshore HPHT wells at Yacheng Gas Field in South China Sea.

1991 to 1998: ARCO Exploration and Production Technology. Manager of Drilling & Completion Technology Group. Responsible for the development of the drilling, completion and related technologies to support the business units exploration and development activities within the Corporation. The group has developed the following technologies: Ultra light weight cement for horizontal well, ARCO Cement Spacer for HPHT well, Coil Tubing Drilling Technology, Drilling with Casing Technology, Drilling Computer System, High Capacity Coil Tubing Retrievable ESP, Extended Reach Drilling Technology and Pore Pressure Prediction with Seismic. In 1993, I served as Operation Manager for ARCO Shabwa in Yemen for six months to take over the development and start-up of an integrated oil field developed by Russian. 1986 to 1991: ARCO Alaska Inc. Operation Superintendent for Flow Station three at Prudhoe Bay Unit with daily average production of 300 MBOPD, 400 MMCFGD and 70 MBWPD with operating budget of $14MM per year. During that period, flow station has developed a comprehensive turn around plan allow us to cut the major turn around for the facility from normal 14 days to 6 days, and extended the hot gas past inspection of the GE Frame 5 turbine from normal 15,000 hours to 18,000 hours and extended the major over haul by additional 10,000 hours. 1981 to 1986: ARCO South Texas District. Drilling Superintendent for offshore Gulf of Mexico. Manage the drilling and completion operation for 18 offshore rigs 1980 to 1981: ARCO Mid-Continent District. Senior drilling Engineering responsible for the preparation of well plan and drilling contract and served as released drilling supervisor. During this period, I participated in the development the horizontal well drilling technology. 1976 to 1980: Maynard Exploration Ltd, Manager of Engineering and Operations responsible for the production operations of the gas process and compression facility and 60 gas wells in Southern Alberta Canada.
