Terms & Conditions.

Payment Terms:

(i) 50 Percent as advance and rest payment is solicited after development and
deployment of the website.
(ii) Payment will be accepted only through Cheque / DD only in favor of Paratus
Tech-Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Payable at Lucknow.
(iii) Cost of the website is specified in the agreement & shall be valid only for 20 days
from the date of its issue.
(iv) Any dispute is subject to Lucknow Jurisdiction
Development Terms:

(i) Order for Development is asserted on the receipt of the Job Order/order letter from
the client.
(ii) The company will not be providing the source code of the website.
(iii) The system study generally takes a week’s time or further depending on the
requirements & any delay in it would subsequently affect the entire development
duration hence both client as well as the company must complete it as per
scheduled time.

Maintenance terms :

(i) 6 months free maintenance will be given from the date of deployment.
(ii) Only the developed version will be considered for free maintenance.
(iii) *Minor changes are covered in the purview of free maintenance.
20% of the development cost will be charged as AMC fee after the expiry of
period of free maintenance,

Modification terms :

(i) Cost of the website is specified in the agreement & shall be valid only for 20 days
from the date of its issue
(ii) If modification is required, it will attract extra charges as per following heads
**Major Modification (for each developed page)
Static Pages Depending on the magnitude of the
Dynamic Pages change & its effect on the entire website.
Duration of the modification will be
mutually agreed upon on the basis of

Fresh development (for each)

(iii) Modification will be decided according to the nature of the requirement and
through mutual agreement between the two parties.

without proper authorization/prior consent of the client. The decisions of the client shall be final.
