B) Responsibilities: 1) Check Quality of civil work done by civil contractors (2) Bill check of work done by civil contractors (3) site inspection 4) Reconsulation (5) Discuss & submitting of report for civil related problem with client & giving solution.

C) What are your areas of Strength and Weakness? My strengths are:- my self-confidence, discipline, logical thought, hard working, dedication for my job and responsibilities, always interested for learning new things, creative ideas, managing capacity . My Weakness are:- never accept defeat, try to complete my work by myself and honesty,

D) What in your opinion were your major achievements during the period under the review (2012)? In 2012 I learn & achieve much more things, like quality control management, report preparation, improvement in tacnical thinking, improvement in computer work, learn cement plant jobs.
