Statement of defense or claim

Please find here after the mock up for the Statement of defense/claim page. This
mock up is based on my comments posted on the helpdesk 22. RE:
Analysis/Discussion for programming tasks Posted by Alessandro Daliana, Sat

“This brings us to the presentation of the page. This may be asking a lot but
we think it might be more appropriate to present the Statement of ... as a
real case file with evidence and testimony tabs going down the right side of
the page. Like tabs in a binder. Users will be able to access the evidence and
testimony by simply clicking on the tab: evidence 1, evidence 2, evidence 3,
testimony 1, testimony 2,.. by default or the name of the file if the user
uploading it renames it.”

Note: The color palette is the same because this was done at time previous to the
implementation of the scandigital.com color scheme.
1. Text can be formatted and is editable.

2. I am uncertain if this serves a purpose or not. Leave for now. Not a required
field.

3. User can access the evidence they have uploaded while they are writing their
arguments. By default, uploaded files will be named evidence and then the
letters A-Z followed by AA-ZZ and so on. If the user renames the file then the
tab will have the name.

4. Same thing for Testimonies except they are numbered instead of lettered.

5. Input box to rename file.

6. This link should open a new browser pop-up with tips. For example, one tip
will be that user can use the link feature while writing their arguments to link
to the evidence or testimony they have uploaded.

7. We will probably want something more graphically appealing than this button.

8. As previously discussed on the helpdesk, the user should be able to download

a program that allows them to print to a .pdf file.

9. Each one of these tabs is added to the border as the users move through the
process. First, the Action Summary and Manage Users, then the
Reconciliation, then Statements. This looks like a file and acts as a navbar.
The user can readily access the different phases of the process.

10. Because the action header is informational we think it would be useful if the
information contained in it could be viewed or hidden based on the user’s
whim. The triangle pointing down shows the page with the information visible
and with the triangle in the horizontal position it is closed. When closed the
Action summary and manage partners tabs are not visible either. See below.

11. User name is actionable, links back to user’s my activities page.

12. Escrow is actionable, links back to escrow page. This is important so that a
user can amend whatever is in escrow, whether an mount of money or a file.

13. Since the representative does not have anything in escrow we can use this
space to add the label “Representative”.
Sorry for the big white space. It’s unintentional.

Next is the evidence/testimony page. This mock up has only been done with a pdf
file facsimile but should also be able to accommodate audio and video files as well as
images. The exact file formats needs to be discussed.
1. Notice that the page has a new title; the default name or the renamed file
name.

2. Viewing area. In this example it is a pdf file but should be able to

accommodate audio and video and images, too.

3. Users often forget things so they should be able to change the status to
confidential even after uploading the file.

4. User can delete the file.

5. This file upload panel was left as it is on the Statement page but it does not
need to be so. Since this panel is only required if the user deletes the file we
may want to make it appear only after the file has been deleted. This would
have the added benefit of providing the user with a larger viewing area.
