Sir, Kindly refer to the Haryana Khadi and Village Industries Board meeting, which was held on December 20, 2012 about adjustment against District Khadi and Village Industries Officer post but my request was turn down with out any justification, hence you are humbly requested to please reconsider Board decision on the following grounds and personnel hearing may kindly be provided to justify my claims: 1. 2. 3. Technical Supervisor and DKVIO posts are in equal pay scale and same status. Promotions of DOs are also amongst the TS and DKVIOs joint seniority. In past practice and Board decision TS and DKVIO posts are equal and interchangeable, for example Shri R.S. Johri case, who was adjusted against TS (L) and then retired as DKVIO. I have experience for the post of DKVIO more than 17 years and my qualifications are higher than other counter parts, as below: A. M.A along with PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication. B. Diploma in Footwear Technology along with Advance Course with Distinction. C. Had been Duty Magistrate during prohibition policy in Haryana, paper setter for Diploma Course in Footwear Technology of the Industries Department, Haryana. D. I have worked most effectively as DKVIO in all aspects with proper coordination with District Administration and I was awarded twice by the District Administration on my extra ordinary performances on Gandhian ideology and philosophy, abiding my fundamental duties as defined in article 51 A (g) of Indian Constitution. E. I have been nominated by the Govt. of Haryana, as Member of the State Committee for Slaughter Houses, Department of Urban and Local Bodies, Haryana due to my Internation reputation, being a renowned animal rights activist. I had been Press Correspondent for KVIC publication Jagriti, my articles published by the Udyog Yug journal of Haryana Industries Department, Kurukshetra; Govt. of

India journal, like wise my achievements were appreciated by the Haryana Samvad of Public Relation Department, Haryana. G. I have compiled a book in Hindi on animal welfare related legislations, which was released by the HE the Governor of Haryana, then Honble Speaker, Haryana Assembly and accepted by the then Secretary to the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Govt. of India), then HE the President of India and then CE, KVIB Haryana issued appreciation letter. H. My name was considered by the Govt. of India for decoration of Padma awards, like wise during nomination as Member, National Disaster Management Authority NDMA, Member of the National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation (NHFDC). I. I had been DKVIO for 6 Districts along with In-charge, Consignment Agency at Faridabad, my work was appreciated by the Sterlite, I have recovered chronic amounts of CBC funding along with the recovery of Margin money under PMEGP scheme in Gurgaon and Narnaul. I have manged meeting with the CMD of Hindustan Salt Limited with CE, to generate extra income to the Board.

As per present system, there are no much work to do for KVIB at its Head office Panchkula and my achievements, contacts and reputation can be more useful for KVIB, when I can be posted as DKVIO or Member Secretary. Hence you are humbly requested that I may kindly be posted as DKVIO on administrative grounds being a most competent and suitable official of the Board, other wise I will be compelled to proceed on voluntary retirement, which will be a great loss of personality to the Haryana KVIB.
