Job Overview: Beicip-Franlab is a world leading consulting Company providing software and services to help oil and gas professionals in interpreting subsurface data and assessing exploration and production risks and opportunities. Beicip-Franlab core activity is to help oil and gas professionals interpret subsurface data and assess exploration and production risks and opportunities. A successful candidate will be expected to work directly in an integrated project team composed of geophysicists, geologists and reservoir engineers. Daily tasks will include production performance analysis, building of dynamic simulation models in order to optimize clients development strategies. You will use the Companys innovative reservoir simulation software as well as other standard industry tools. Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Project leader and will be expected to: Perform basic reservoir engineering analysis, material balance, dynamic simulation studies (model initialization, assisted history matching and performance prediction), and uncertainties estimation. Work actively in an integrated project team (with geophysicists, geologists and reservoir engineers) Report to the Project Leader regularly on project advancement Be able to present results to the clients Apply new methods and be able to use creativity in optimizing field development using leading edge technologies and tools

Preferences: The successful candidate will have: An Msc/PhD in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering First Experience (training period / first experience) in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus A commitment for mobility as the job may include short-term and long-term missions overseas Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral A confident and assertive personality with the ability to provide effective technical leadership and articulate strong technical arguments Fluent English mandatory. Spanish/ French advantageous
