Residential Code (IRC)
This seminar provides attendees with an analysis of typical field
inspections of residential dwellings using the 2006 IRC.

Issues and answers within the Minnesota State Building Code

Building officials encounter new and challenging code issues on a daily
basis. This seminar uses the 2006 IRC, 2006 IBC and other miscellaneous
codes and Minnesota amendments to address those issues.

In addition to class instruction, seminars provide participants with an

opportunity to visit directly with instructors. Information and registration
forms are online at www.doli.state.mn.us/bc_education.html.

Barry Greive uses the 2003 IRC to present field inspection guidelines Oct. 18
during the “Performing Field Inspections” seminar in St. Paul.
