Physical search b) Cause The screener had a preconception that should be no knife in there. c) Instruction Try to screen with basis procedure and the cause should be thoroughly investigated.

Baggage search a) Example of not found Concealed itemknife Test assumptionbottom of the baggage X-ray operator had instructed to baggage searcher to check the binder. When baggage searcher told to X-ray operator that there was no binder at all, then X-ray operator did not ask to baggage searcher to check any more.

 Baggage search b) Cause Baggage searcher actually didnt follow the right instruction from the X-ray operator. X-ray operator didnt realize that baggage searcher did not find the binder. c) Instruction X-ray operator and Baggage searcher always must work in close cooperation with each other.

 Hold baggage search a) Example of not found Concealed itemsImitation explosive X-ray operator irresoluted shall instruct to open or not. But did not instruct to search.

 Hold baggage search b) Cause X-ray operator didnt instruct to open search The consideration of the safety confirmation to the suspicious one has decreased. c) Instruction X-ray operator always must considerate of the safety confirmation to the suspicious things.
