The era of public activism is constantly evolving. However, the power of visual representation is never obsolete. One of the most fundamental forms of protest is the PICKET SIGN + rally. The principle of the sign was to provoke and or persuade an interest for a cause of interest with todays new technologies and forms of communication; however, it can be done faster, more efficiently, as well as reach a greater population. PIC-it is the evolution to the picket! // mm

Characteristics of this design are essentially flexibility and adpatability for accomodation of various family arrangements. We vehemently sought to articulate a different experience of objects and public spaces in a newly formed society of spectacle, control, and consumption. This design articulates the profound ambiguities of cultural production through layering and customization of spaces. For example, the exterior stair provides the option for the ground floor to be rented.
