Join the U.S. Catholic bishops in advancing immigration reform by communicating with Kentucky's members of Congress, especially in the House, and urge them to fix this broken system. Emmanuel Bertrand, O.P. at St. Barnabas Church, 3042 Hikes Lane on Wednesday, October 9 from 7-9:00 p.m. Reconciliation will be available during the service. All are welcome!

Gifts to the Catholic Services Appeal help to make this work possible. Some of you have received a letter from Archbishop Kurtz asking for your support. We ask all our members to consider making a gift to the 2013 Catholic Services Appeal and help All Saints reach our Parish Target of $8,000. Every gift makes a difference to those in need. Why Catholic? Believe and Improve your Life: There is always room for improvement in our faith development. Being in a small Christian community encourages us to grow with the support of others. The Why Catholic? process invites us to rethink our priorities so that we can place a greater emphasis on learning about our faith and improving our relationship with God and others. Small groups will begin meeting weekly for six sessions beginning this week, and new members are welcome to participate. Contact Deacon Carl, carlfahringer@bellsouth.net, for more information. AA will meet at 7:30 PM each Tuesday in the Parish Hall. An open discussion format is used.
