Rick-
Dave Clark informs me that our engine should be the one shipping from Pratt on April 23.
His best guess is that it will bear serial number RT0048. He also informs me that the March
engine delivery from Pratt did arrive as promised.

Relying on this information and your email, we will instruct Bank of America to wire the sum of
$24~~,840.00 to your account at Wells Fargo as soon as we receive your response to this
email. Barring insolvency or federalization of that institution prior to the instructions being
executed, I expect you'll have those funds late today or early tomorrow morning.

ick, I note that the date of your purchase order is November 26 2008, nearly 10 days prior to
my trip to Bend. At that time I was informed that our engine should be shipping in February
2009. Clearly that could not have been the case, given this PO, and that gives us some cause
for concern, as we're sure you can imagine.\A~ a result, I am asking for your assurance that
my current understanding reflects your best guess for delivery of our engine, given information
available to you at this point in time. Should I be mistaken in any of my understandings
regarding delivery of that engine, please notify me immediately so that we might discuss the
situation.]
