Our proposed team consists of four consultants, all of whom are well versed with handling the proposed scope of services. Our team is led by one of our Principal, Mr. Ashutosh Muglikar, who will coordinate the work of the team and ensure the quality and timeliness of the team's work. Most our team members are based in Pune India, the headquarters of our firm. All our people are committed to high standards of responsiveness, including committing to responding to emails within a maximum of 24 hours, and on the same day whenever possible. Services
WHAT WE DO GENERAL CORPORATE COMMERCIAL PROPELIS advises on legal issues concerning inbound and outbound investments, strategic alliances and collaborations. We advise on policies, laws and regulations in relation to (i) Structuring of investment vehicles; (ii) Subsidiaries & Joint Ventures; (iii) Technology transfers & licensing; (iv) Technical assistance & services arrangements; and (v) Governmental & regulatory compliance and approvals. We also advise on day-to-day legal issues concerning commercial & business affairs on legal structuring of commercial arrangement, corporate legal affairs, formation of legal entities in India & overseas, corporate transactional matters, commercial contracts and documentation. PROPELIS handles the entire gamut of Employment matters including Contracts, ESOPs (Employee Stock Options), Benefits. PROJECTS CS Ashutosh Muglikar has completed the Training as sponsored by Project Management Institute, USA. PROPELIS can assist in various projects, such as (i) Setting up of Plants and assisting in various activities involving Projects. Our Project Practice works closely with Finance Practice in areas of Project Finance; and with our Regulatory & Policy Practice in areas of Licensing and Regulatory matters such as market structures, competition & tariffs. FINANCE We can assist our clients in availing Finance. We can help draft Project Reports and assist in Project Planning and Appraisal. CS Ashutosh Muglikar, leaning heavily on his Project Management qualification, can assist clients in entire gamut of Project and Finance. The practice covers a wide range of financing transactions such as (i) Corporate Debt, including syndicated loans, secured and unsecured loans, revolving credits, guarantee facilities and other forms of security; (ii) Structured Finance; (iii) Acquisition and Leveraged Finance using senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt; (iv) Project Finance (v) Real Estate Finance including structured lending, secured property lending and property securitization; (vi) Asset Finance; The financing deals handled include Bank Finance, Project Finance. Our scope of work covers the entire spectrum including structuring transactions, drafting term sheets and transactional documents, negotiations, advising on the regulatory framework and related issues.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAWS The Firm advises clients on Intellectual Property Laws as we believe protection of Trademark and Copyrights is of much importance nowadays. We provide the following services related with the protection of Trademark and Service Marks (i) Carrying of Search / Inspection in the office of Registrar of Trademarks. (ii) Preparation and consultation of Registration papers (iii) Appearance before the appropriate authorities. We have a strong emphasis on commitment and we strive to excel in all our areas of practice.

A short profile and experience is given below: CS Ashutosh Muglikar: Ashutosh is a Commerce Graduate and Qualified Practicing Company Secretary. He has rich and varied experience in handling foreign collaborations, joint ventures and corporate restructuring assignments. He looks after Corporate Commercial, restructuring and projects practice at the firm and is responsible for overall quality and co-ordination at the firm. He is the Proprietor of Ashutosh Muglikar & Co., Company Secretaries. CS Ishan Kulkarni: Ishan is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is purusing his law degree as well. After working with an American MNC he joined PROPELIS as Head: Corporate Commercial & FEMA at the Firm. He looks after corporate laws and advices on various issues to the clients of the firm.

CS Deepali Sadavarte Ms. Deepali is a qualified Company Secretary and she looks after Company Law compliances at the firm. She is responsible for day to day compliances and regulatory reporting. She takes keen interest in Company Law compliances at the Firm.
