A companys business does not have advancement without improvement or modernization. A business must strive and undergo changes so that they may reach their potential goals allocated through their companys vision. Companies are created with unique individuals that collaborate on initial ideas to keep the company manufacturing a product and enhancing the product to meet the demand and needs of their customers. In this paper Samsung will be focused upon the implementation of change through the demonstration of their tablet products. Samsung initially created the Galaxy Tablet 10.1 however with advancement and creativity, Samsung is currently introducing the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. Implementing changes for Samsung has made excitement for individual customers as well as business, government, health care, and education via meeting some of their specialty needs so that Samsung can bring forward innovation and be persuasive to their customers by meeting his or her needs along with making willingly changes.
