Kinetic energy of an object defines as the energy produced due to its motion. Based on this project, kinetic energy from human physical movement can be converted to form electrical energy through the induction of Faradays Law by using a simple bicycle dynamo. According to Faradays law of induction, whenever there is relative motion between conductor and a magnetic field, the flux linkage with a coil changes and this change in flux induces a voltage across a coil. Furthermore, a permanent magnet inside the dynamo uses rotating coil of wire and magnetic field into a pulsing direct electric current. By using magnetic field inside a dynamo, the oscillation of a wheel can determine the voltage across the coil. The induced voltage can be increased by increasing the number of turns in the coil. Theoretically, if the numbers of turns of coil is increased, the induced voltages also increase. The objectives of this study are to convert the kinetic energy to form electrical current and to demonstrate human energy as one of renewable resources so that the others renewable resources can be conserved for future generations. As a conclusion, product of harvesting electrical energy from human kinetic movement can be use as a commercial value because it gives energy supply to people without wasting human energy.

Most of us maybe already know about Archimedes screw pump. It was an old machine that functioning as water delivery. Today, there are many Archimedes screw pump invention being made to fulfill human needs. The importance of the project is it will be able to lift water from a low to high places by using the Dinakozas pump. This pump is a positive-displacement where it traps an amount of fluid from a source and then forces the fluid to move to a discharge location. In this new invention, the screw pump with water wheels can produce a new purpose of that machine other than lift water from low to high place. By using a dynamo attached in the end of the water wheels rod, it can produce electricity. Screw pump is not too famous like other machine but if this new invention is succeed, this invention can become a new machine that have multi-purposes. Non-renewable energy is decreasing day by day, so new machine that can generate renewable energy can be helpful to spare or decrease the use of non-renewable energy. The project aims are to find the best angle for water uptake by using our pump and to determine the water uptake over time in seconds.

Today solar cells can be seen in a wide variety of places, such as solar powered cars. There is even a solar powered aircraft that has flown higher than any other aircraft, with the exception of the SR-71 Blackbird hypersonic reconnaissance aircraft. With the cost of solar cells becomes cheaper, solar power has never looked so tempting. Recently new technology has given us screen printed solar cells, and a solar fabric that can be used to side a house, even solar shingles that install on our roofs. International markets have opened up and solar panel manufacturers are now playing a key role in the solar power industry. In this project, solar panels are used to charging small electronic gadgets, such as smartphone. These solar cells are embedded to a baseball cap, giving it an all-round portability. There are two objectives in this project, to reduce electrical energy usage by using solar energy and to compare voltage value from the different types of sources of light like the Sun, light bulb, and fluorescent lamp.

X-rays are very important in our daily life and usually used in medical field to diagnose and examine diseases. However, x-ray also can be used to make a research on the microscope world of atoms and molecules. In this project, x-ray unit is used to find out of energy level of copper and crystal structure of target material by using a method known as x-ray diffraction. The crystals that we use in this experiment are KBr and LiF monocrystal. The x-ray unit comes with software that is used to recorded and analyse the data. The crystal was inserted into the x-ray unit and the x-ray unit was connected to the PC computer. The result will be recorded in the PC and can be analysed. From this experiment, it can be concluded that the energy levels of copper is affected by the crystal structure of target material.

The Le papira paper is one of the recycled papers designed to have a better water resistance, fire resistance and biodegradable than the commercial papers (A4 paper). The purpose of this project is to compare the resistivity of Le Papira paper with the commercial paper by three different methods. The three methods to test the papers are fire resistance, water resistance and biodegradable. This project uses a paper with A4 size and Le Papira paper as the objects for the tests. The expected result of these tests will prove that either Le Papira paper is better than commercial paper and vice versa. The expected results from this project the Le Papira paper will have a good water and fire resistance than control paper because Le Papira have a special coating that specialized it to have an endurance to increases the time taken for the papers to resists the water and fire tests. The special coating is a solution of PVA glue with water. Meanwhile, in biodegradable test, the Le Papira will first decompose than the control paper because Le Papira has less chemical substances used while producing than the control paper. On the other side, the weight of the Le Papira paper and control paper is another factor that must be controlled because weight will influence the result of the tests.

Since 1769, mankind has been introduced to automobile with tires. Though years had passed, its glory has not fade away yet the majority of twenty-first century mankind failed to take in account the effect of types of vehicles and period of times towards the pressure in tires. Three types of vehicle were chosen which are Motorcycle, Hatchback and Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV). These vehicles were chosen due to high popularity among drivers in Malaysia. Yamaha Lagenda 110cc, Proton Satria Neo 1.6 and Perodua Alza SXi 1.6 were chosen as suitable representatives for motorcycle, hatchback and MPV respectively. Pounds per square inch (PSi) were chosen as the SI unit readings for pressure and the instrument used was tire pressure gauge by Goodyear. These vehicles tires pressures were set at its recommended pressure (PSi) by their manufacturers. The recommended pressure for motorcycle, Yamaha Lagenda 110cc is 32 PSi, Proton Satria Neo 1.5 hatchback is 31 PSi and Perodua Alza MPV is 33 PSi. These vehicles were placed on an opened area and leave undisturbed for 24 hours. Readings taken on each of vehicle for every 3 hours passed. The data was represent by table and graph diagram of pressure against time. Each table and graph was represented according to types of vehicle. At constant volume, it was expected that during high temperature, the pressure would be increased. Meanwhile, at low temperature, the pressure would be decreased. Thus, it is expected as the temperature increases, the pressure increases as well. Major problem facing would be weather because it is unstable and it would affect vastly on the temperature of surroundings.

This project is focused on Tropical fruit battery. The purpose of this project is to identify the value of current and voltage produced by the tropical fruit. The value of current and voltage produced by the fruit may influence by the value of nutrient within the fruit which can give benefits to human health. Tropical fruit used in this project is mango with different types among themselves. They are Manila Mango and Magga Air. Mango is chosen as the limitation for this project because it contains high level of nutrition such as vitamin C, antioxidant and various types of photochemical. This project is done by using experiment based on Electrolysis Theory. The electrode used for this project is copper. The distance between the electrode is known could be influence the flow of the electrolysis. The smaller the value of the distance of the electrode the higher the value of voltage and current since the transition of the charges are not far away between the two electrodes. The mango containing the highest concentration of acid will be the best in conducting electricity. This project theory could be taken into consideration to manufacture of healthy food and drinks using tropical fruits as it contain nutrition to human health.
