FAST LANE REMOTE LAB SYSTEM

2012/06/28

S YSTEM R EQUIREMENTS
VERSION 1.39

General Description
The Fast Lane Remote Lab System is a Web based training environment, providing access to different types of labs with live equipment. The Fast Lane Remote Lab System uses two major technologies: Console access to devices is provided by the Fast Lane Terminal Client. This Client is a Java Applet controlling console and terminal connections of the training devices. Remote Desktop sessions to various types of server systems used in Remote Lab environments are provided by NX Client. If a user accesses a server in the Remote Lab environment for the first time, the NX Client automatically self-installs.
Note

This sheet will provide you with all necessary information and requirements to successfully test and run your remote lab session with the Fast Lane Remote Lab System.
