Manufactured from 100% recycled PVC-U and BBA
accredited, CavSeal frame-forming cavity closers
are vital components for new build developments,
providing a simple and cost-eective solution to
seal cavities around wall openings, creating a rigid
window or door acceptor.
Window trims
Synseals window trims can be specied for enhanced
aesthetic appeal and a highly professional nish.
The product range lncludes l2mm and l9mm quadrants,
25mm and 46mm sculptured archltraves (l2.5mm
thlck, also avallable ln whlte PvC-U), 65mm and 90mm
bullnoses and a 30mm D-mould. Avallable ln whlte as
well as ln the standard 3 woodgraln nlshes and the
range of l3 Artlsan colours, whlch convlnclngly mlmlc
real wood and palnted tlmber nlshes respectlvely.
To comply wlth 8ulldlng Pegulatlons Part 8l, an
openlng requlred for means of escape should have
a clear unobstructed openlng area of 0.33m
2
wlth a
mlnlmum wldth or helght of 450mm and a maxlmum
noor to wlndow slll dlmenslon of ll00mm. |f a wldth
of 450mm ls proposed, then the helght should be at
least 733mm to glve the requlred 0.33m
2
area.
The system cllcks together, so no tools, adheslves or
screws are requlred. 50mm, 75mm, l00mm, l50mm,
l75mm and 200mm cavlty closers are avallable.
