2 Days Authorized Managers, Supervisors, Safety & Health Committee Members, Union Officials, & Safety & Health Representatives One of the guiding principles in managing OSH at the workplace is "IN CONSULTATION"; this critical element is performed in guidance & compliance with the OSH (Safety & Health Committee) Regulations 1996. The initial interpretation of this regulation is paramount so as to ensure current & future OSH legislation is integrated successfully.

Objectives

At the end of the program participants will be able to: Identify & describe the OSH legal compliance; Evaluate existing OSH committee setting up & managing procedures Describe the OSH documentation requirement; Describe the Accident Investigation Process Develop the SHC Management action plan Development and fundamentals of OSH laws OSH Safety & Health Committee regulations - application.
