PREPARATION WORK
1. Survey the area and confirm safe location of temporary of material prior to hauling. 2. Provide temporary holding area at location that will not congest/obstruct plant access or restrict mobility of other activities. 3. Observe extra caution in mobilizing material in plant.

LIFTING OF MATERIALS
1. Check area of actual erection prior to activity 2. Supervisor to conduct toolbox talk upon receipt of permit and before starting erection. Discuss permit requirements 3. Coordinate with other groups / contractor working in the area (if any) before starting the work. 4. Keep standards away from any excavation (if any). 5. Keep good housekeeping maintained at all time in the area.

Copy of this JHA must be available with the Worksite Supervisor in the field while carrying out the activity. Worksite supervisor is directly responsible for the full enforcement of this JHA, along with work permit requirements.
