Including all the rights in the property fastened to the earth and /or appurtenant thereto, property measuring 08 Kanals and 04 Marlas. Khewat No.48. Khatoni No. 172, Khassra No.1301 (salam), Mutation No.1143 Dated 04-032004 situated at Muhal Shameer Dhanga ,Shameer Chowk, Tehsil and District Hafizabad.

TERMS OF AUCTION 1. That the reserve price of the property will be Rs 6200000/- (sixty two lakh Rupeees)
2.That every member of general public shall be entitled to bid in the auction by depositing Rs 50,000 (fifty thousand rupees) for the property mentioned above in the shape of pay order / Bank draft fayouring the court Auctioneer with the court auctioneer As earnest money before the biding start. The above said amount shall be returned to the unsuccessful/lowest Bidders at the close of auction. 3.That highest Bidder shall pay less than 25% of the total Bid price including earnest money at the time of the auction in shape of pay Order /Bank Draft, Cheque with the court auctioneer .In case of failure to make the payment as required, the earnest money already paid shall be forfeited. 4. That the balance 75% of the Bid price shall be paid within 15 days of the date of auction in the Honorable Court .In case the highest Bidder fails to pay the balance payment within 15 days in accordance with this clause, the amount paid by the successful Bidder will be forfeited. The property will be put to auction with the permission of the Honor able Court 5. That the highest Bidder shall report the honorable court for orders.

6. That the final approval of auction proceeding will be given by honorable court.
7. That the description of the property given in the schedule is correct according to the information as provided by the decree holder.

3 8. THAT the Court auctioneer got the authority to cancel the Bid or auction without giving any reason .The other terms of auction, if any, will be announced at the time of auction. 9. That all taxes, dues and transfer charges will be pay able by the successful Bidder. 10. for information and inspection of the property
