1.1 In this screen, User will enter the user ID and password for authentication. 1.2 Sales employee will select the SE from login as field whereas ASM will select the ASM option. 1.3 Every Sales employee and ASM will have their own user ID and password for login. 1.4 Once you click on login button, it will redirect you to the main menu.

1.4 Beat Plan History will show the list of all beat plans assigned to him by ASM. 1.5 User can view the Outlet/SKU wise order report by choosing the option. 1.6 An SE can put his monthly sales target plan by choosing sales projection option from this screen.

2.1 Beat Plan History

In this screen SE can see all beat plan assigned to him by his ASM. Select the beat plan. After you select the beat plan, it will show the list of all customers comes under that beat plan.

2.2 Select a customer

Select the customer by simply clicking on it.

2.3 Customer Main Menu

This is main menu of customer. Open: select the option to place the order of that customer. Address: To view that customer outlet address Feedback Form: Choose this option in case if you want to add any feedback received from customer. Activity Monitor: select to update any activity performed at outlet by SE Back: To go back to the customer main menu.

1. How to create sales order?


From Customer Main menu select the option open

In this screen, you will get the product category above and list of products for that product category (Need to select the product category to display product belongs to that category.) EV Evos, SX Shine-x, FAFabe-x, LU---Lumo, PU--Pukhraj Put the required Quantity beside each product.

After putting all required quantity, click on next button to go to the next screen.

Date should be in YYYY-MM-DD format.

Put the delivery date of the product so that accordingly distributor can arrange for the same.

Also enter reference No, Priority of the order and remarks if any. Click on Save button to post the sales order Click on Save Later button to save the order as draft (if no internet access or network available) Click on Back button to go back to the previous screen.

After adding the order above screen will come with the confirmation message. SMS alert is sent to the concerned distributor. Click on Back to outlets list to go back to outlet list. You will find the outlet color has changes to blue.

2. How to update feedback form?


Select the option feedback form from the main menu of customer.

In this screen, user can update the feedback form by selecting the suitable pre defined reasons. User can tick appropriate option from the given options. For any other reason, SE can tick the option any other reason and put the brief remarks in below field. After selecting the proper option SE can click on submit button to save the feedback form. Click on Back button to go back to the list of customers.

Once you update the feedback form for any customer that will be highlighted in yellow color.

3. How to update activity Monitor?


Choose the option activity Monitor from the customer main menu

In this screen, An SE can check the tick box option as per activity performed by him at customer Shop. After selecting the proper option SE can click on submit button to save the screen.

4. How to view customer address?


Choose the option Address from the main menu of customer Once you click on the address button, it will show the address for the customer selected. Click on Back Button above to go back to the customer main menu.

5. How to set sales target Plan


Every Sales employee is assigned with some sales target plan by ASM or Marketing Manager. Sales Employee can choose his sales target plan and can update the same in mobile application so that ASM or marketing manager can see the same. SE sales target plan will be stored monthly in the application.

HOW TO INSERT SALES TARGET PLAN

Select the option Sales Projection form the SE main Menu.

In this screen, User can put their monthly sales target plan. After putting sales order, an SE can click on save button to save the target plan. Click on back button to go back to the main menu.

6. Reporting in mobile application


An SE can view the report of the product ordered by customer with the Quantity in mobile application. There are two reports available in application i:e Outlet wise and SKU wise order report. SE can view both the reports for a particular date.

Outlet wise Order Report


Choose the option outlet wise order button from the SE main menu.

Click on change button to change the date. Enter the date and click on show report

Choose the option SKU wise order button from the SE main menu.

7. Synchronization
Whatever activity performed in mobile application is stored in temporary database in phone memory. Also, there are fresh master data available in SAP which needs to be uploaded from server into mobile application in order to work on updated and correct data. Synch option will upload the data from mobile to SAP and download the fresh master data into mobile application. All data in mobile application will be deleted

How to Synch the data?


Choose the option sync database form the SE main menu. Once you click on the option Sync database the below screen appears which shows the status. Click on Back button to go back to the main menu You can start working on mobile apps after sync.
