Design can be also known as principle scientific, technical information and imagination of design.

Design: A Systematic Activity

Design is not activity process that we can earn with spontaneous. It takes few weeks, month or maybe few years before we get result. This process also includes thinking, experiment and testimonial until the products are successful This processing design with problem that we realized and we need to face it and go through it. We called this process important because its needed Second process is to investigate and observe which we have to understand the specific problem that faces us. We named is as definition problem. The shape designer does not need to summarize directly to produce design. This action will sometimes make the designer possibility to made mistakes until they failed to do it to satisfy the needs of customer.

Not only that, process also called producing concept or idea where problems need to be settled. In this part, the ability of creative in thinking and innovative are needed to produce good concept. The third process called synthesis or concepts development that chosen from the process. It involves decision and investigation on production process, decision, cost, model and etc. at this stage, the design will be prepared to show the looks. Next are produce on prototype and production where it is one of the methods match to the reality design. It has to be operated and tested the effectiveness and technical, at the end one skeleton is produce and it requires one technical consumer.

First Design

5.8.1

Problem

At the beginning, our first design has a lot of problem. The first problem is the design for the spinner itself. The spinner from the beginning causes so many problems. One of the problems is when the spinner turn on and spinning, it shaking too hard and makes a noise that so bugging. That was a general problem that we face for the last few months. Then, we have decided to change of material using in spinner. Change it from the plastic material to steel. Besides, we have done some balancing to the base of the spinner to make it more stable and will spin smoothly than before.

New Design Firstly, the outlook for the design is totally different from the old design.

After we solved the main problem of the project, which is we have change the material of spinner and make it more stable. Besides the spinner, we are also doing some adjustment in the base of the spinner to reduce the shaking. We were using the rubber to absorb the shakiness. After that, we have decided to weld all the joints of the frame (body) to make it tougher and can stand still when this project starts working. With this new design, there is more advantage on it when it is smaller, tougher, stronger, smoother when it work.
