Social Program: Most local will arrange 1-4 times social program in a clerkship. (variety in each local) Substitutions: Substitutions Must be of the same sex and same period, town and department. Must be informed AT LEAST 10 WEEKS BEFORE starting the clerkship and AFs have to be sent at the time. Cancellations: PLEASE MAKE A NOTE! Do A CANCELLATION LETTER from DEAN of student which state the reason of cancellation. CANCELLATION LETTER from NEO is also IMPORTANT. This is to prevent student's underestimate related to her/his exchange period. For unilateral exchange, you will immediately lose your contract and must pay administration fee. For bilateral exchange, you will have to pay for administration fee and will still be able to resume your contract. Should you choose not to pay for the administration fee, then we will consider that you have sent a student to Indonesia, and you still have to accept our student. Visas: Social and Cultural visa is recommended!! This type of visa is only for a limited time and CANNOT BE EXTENDED. Please contact our embassy in your country, we only provide CA and IL. We cannot help you if your visa is overdue. Therefore we will not responsible should any problem occur.
