Someone who thinks positively and can execute difficult tasks. I m not an indivi dual who needs to be micromanaged. Rather, when given a specific task, I can fig ure out the best ways to solve the problem in an autonomous manner. 8. Someone who is able to control a situation rather than allow a situation to co ntrol me. 9. Someone who has an unwavering resolve. I am determined to do well in my job an d have a successful career, as well as to make the company I work for more compe titive. 10. Someone with a need to produce results. I am the type of person who meets cha llenges head-on rather than sweeping them under the rug and hoping they go away. While I m an optimistic person, I am also realistic about the current situation a nd how satisfactory or unsatisfactory it is. 11.
