We are a team of experienced professionals dedicated to providing premiere document custodial services to residential mortgage issuers, warehouse lenders, asset-backed issuers, commercial mortgage issuers, FHLB's, and major lending institutions. With more than 25 years experience, we are one of the largest third party document custodians in the industry; providing certification, safekeeping and custodial services for over 250 different clients and issuers. Operating from Minneapolis, Minnesota, we hold over 14 million residential, commercial and asset-backed collateral files in safekeeping. We are approved to act as custodian for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae and our vaults meet agency requirements, including security features such as dual access controls, two-hour fire rating and full business continuity plans. Our warehouse collateral management services includes extensive relationships with warehouse lenders where we work with buyers and sellers of loans in the third party marketplace.
