The Store inventory control System simplifies the daily works in monitoring and controlling of a supermarket company. This system makes easier, better, and reliable for securing the inventory stocks incoming and out coming of the products. This system having excellent features and advanced search facilities improves the quality of services rendered to the user. The Group Chosen Store inventory Control system for having more knowledgeable in controlling the accurate count of incoming and out coming of products, or in other words for securing the inventory cycle.
The group plans a schedule using Gantt chart and gathers data for project proposal. Define roles and responsibilities of group members. PM always set a group meeting for making a project. Identify the resources in making the project. Conduct an interview for propose project. Communication of all members.

(b) How do you intend to obtain access for these facilities? Indicate the location, frequency of access to use these facilities and its approximate durations on monthly / weekly / daily basis. Before accessing the system, a security form of a system will be prompt. Only the administrator can access all the functions of the system. And the user / client have only a limited ability to access all the functions which is not necessary. It is located along the warehouse of the company, before transferring products to the selling area it is recorded in the database of the system.

(c) How do you intend to demonstrate your project work? Indicate access to software, hardware, data required for the demonstration. Before using the system, all the facilities must meet all the requirements such as Hardware and Software requirements. Accessing the system will be needed an administrator and a user security access. A login form will be prompt first, inputting a username and password to access it.
(d) Will the final system be tested / evaluated by real users: Yes, to evaluate the system if it will meet all the requirements, if it will be fitted in the component process and to convince the company/ user if they agree to use it or not.
(e) State the way of generating test data / test cases: By gathering data into the flow of inventory process of the company, Then by formulating the system which could be use to that specific case.
(f) State the way of determining the acceptability / success of final system: The system that the group created is more reliable and it is user friendly to use, Assuring the security of systems database and records.
(g) The procedure to evaluate the performance of the system: Develop an evaluation form. Identify performance measures. Set guidelines for feedback. Set an evaluation schedule.
