In the recent past, since 1999, Indian National Congress is engrossed with the subject of separation of Telangana. Following 2001 Congress Working Committee resolution and subsequent request to the then NDA Government, 2004 UPA Common Minimum Programme, First Presidential Address, 2009 December efforts both at state Government level as well as Union Government level which culminated into December 9, 2009 announcement by Union Home Minister, further widest possible consultations through Union Home Ministry sponsored High level Committee headed by Justice Shri Kirshna for one full year, all party meetings at Union Home Ministry level are indicative of the genuine efforts of Union Government to bifurcate the state of Andhra Pradesh in democratically accepted, amicable environment. Following the resolutions of Congress Working Committee & UPA on July 30, 2013, the sort of oppressive, clever tactics displayed by Public Representatives of Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema, reverberatingly established their ongoing squeezing of the bone marrow of Telangana and subsequent suppression for all these years. Certainly Telangana being minor in every sense, be it population, area, strength in Legislature, clout, tact and cleverness, was always pleading its case to de-merge, only with the top of the Party and Union Government, in totally democratic agitation forms with utmost respect to Indian Union and its constitution.

Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema with functional airports at Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada & Tirupathi, daily and hourly transport dependent Railways and broad based Roadways connecting Kashmir to Kanyakumari, extra ordinary Coast line, centuries dependable Gas and Petroleum deposits besides two hundred years old ensured canal irrigation system besides speedy laying of canals for Seema lands, safe industrialization in all through Coastal Seema regions with their natural mineral deposits besides dynamic and earning generations with tremendous awareness and migratory capacities, still envying the bleak future of land locked Hyderabad and its surrounding Telangana.

Giving scope to utilize Hyderabad to be the capital for ten years to the residuary Andhra Pradesh state is involved not only with logistic, economic and social angles but also of emotional aspects even to the citizens of residuary state. Union Government and its Ministries and Planning Commission are fully aware of all these issues and all the data amply displays this reality. Let the constitutionally provided Partition Committee and judicious Tribunals take care of exact sharing of all natural, river water, financial and other resources as per the established democratic norms and international standards. After watching the doubts spreading across the people of Coastal and Rayalaseema about their ground realities for all these sixty days, Telangana people are also urging upon the Union Government that not even any extra inch of land, extra paisa, any additional resources of them are expected and only judicious division is prayed for.
