1. Login Page

Enter valid USER NAME and TPIN and click on Login image button.

To generate a new TPIN click on Generate TPIN.

To add a new user click on Signup.

For general help click on Help.

3. Plan Your Trip

To book train tickets click on plan your trip image button.

3.1. Plan my travel user entries

Click here to select source station name.

Click here to select destination station name.

Click here to select the date of journey.

Click here to select the seat quota to travel.

Click Continue image button to get the train list for the above specified journey.

3.2. Train List

Click to select the Travel Class of the train. Note: Travel class may vary in respective trains. Click here to filter (search by train name or train number) or sort the train list depending upon the arrival time, departure time or train name.

Click path map icon button to view the route map of the selected train.

Click Fare-avail icon button to get the fare of the selected train and travel class.

Click here to continue.

3.2.2 Fare and Availability


Figure 3.5(a) displays the Fare Break up.

Figure 3.5(b) displays the Seat/Berth availability in selected train and class. It also displays the availability of Seat/Berth from the day selected to the next six days.

3.2.3 Menu items in Train list

Click on add to favorites will add the train to favorite list. Search a train by train name or train number.

Filter by train name.

Filter by trains departure time.

Filter by trains arrival time.

3.3. Boarding/Reservation

Click the change icon button to change the boarding point.

Click here to continue.

User can enter the station name, and the station names list gets filtered by the letter specified by the user. List of stations between the given source and destination points. User can directly click on the station name to select the station name from the station list displayed.

3.4. Availability

Click on the availability tab to continue to the next screen.

3.5. Passenger Details

Click on add adult+ image button to add adult passenger

Click on add child+ image button to add child passenger.

Click on existing-pass icon button to add passengers from passenger info list. Click on summary icon button to continue to the next screen.

Add passenger details and click Ok to continue. Note: i. Age should be above 4 years and Below 126 years ii. Senior citizen as applicable Male 60 years. Female 58 years.

3.9. Ticket Details


Figure 3.11 shows the summary of the ticket.

Click Return Ticket icon button to book return ticket.

Click Pin on Start pins the ticket on the home screen.

Click App bar to view other menu options.

4. Check PNR Status

Click here to check PNR status.

Select the month and year of booked tickets.

Indication of selected item.

Click next button to continue.

Figure 4.2.1 shows the information about the ticket and on right gesture of it user can see the Status Report, as shown in 4.2.2.

Figure 4.2.2 shows the Status Report of the selected PNR number.

Click Pin on Start pins the ticket on the home screen.

5. Passenger Info
1 Click on passenger info to see passengers details or to add new passengers information.

Click here to add a new passenger..

Click on delete icon to delete the passengers permanently from the Passenger info page.

Enter the required information to add a new passenger into the passenger info page.

6. Quick Book

Click on quick book image button to go to quick book screen.

Enter the required information to book a ticket. Continue button indicates the user to get the train(s) for the given From and To specified.

The scenario is same from here as that of in Plan my trip.

7. Booking History

Click here to get booking history of the train tickets.

7.1. List of tickets


Figure shows list of tickets which are booked in a given month.

Change/select the month.

Indication of selected item.

Click the Cancel ticket icon button to cancel the selected ticket.

Click here to get the PNR status of the selected ticket.

Click on passengers displays the list of passengers travelling on selected PNR number.

Click on Cancelled Transactions displays the list passengers that are already cancelled. Select the passenger whose ticket needs to be cancelled.

Click the delete icon button to cancel ticket of the selected passenger.

Click on Ok button to conform the cancellation.

8. Cancellation

Click on cancellation image button to go for cancellation of a ticket.

Select the month and year of booked tickets.

Indication of selected item.

Click on this icon to cancel the ticket selected. Cancellation flow is same as shown in Booking history. Click on this icon to get the PNR status of the ticket selected. PNR Status flow is same as shown in Booking history.

9. Favorites

Click on favourites image button to go to favourite list of trains.

Favourites is the list of trains which have been chosen as favorite by the user.

Click on the train name image-button to book a ticket.

User can directly select the item from the recent history list and go to plan my travel page to book a ticket

Figure shows the details of selected item (i.e. source, destination, date of journey, quota) and from this screen the user can follow the normal flow of Plan my travel and book the ticket.

Click on preferences to change profile settings like roaming profile and local profile. Click on logout to logout of the application .
