Should you be elected, what are three specific areas youd like to change, address, improve or further research, and how specifically would you go about it?: 1. First, as Mayor I would revist the progress of our city's last Master Plan and appoint a committee, with myself included, to evaluate our city's growth, progress, and development. I am the only Mayoral Candidate that has served on the last Master Plan Committee and with that experience and knowledge I believe it provides the best insight for a vision of future goals and needs for the city. 2. Second, as Mayor, I will continue to improve and maintain our services to our elderly residents. I have served on our Commission on Aging and I am also a Board Member for the Schnurmann House. We must not forget how much our greatest generation has given to us and need to continue to be there for them as a community.
3. Third, as Mayor, I will address our city's current foreclosure crisis. I am the only candidate to raise this important problem and develop ideas for the community as Mayoral Candidate. As Mayor, I will work closely with our local city government to create programs, at a local level, to help residents keep and maintain their homes.

After serving this City as an elected representative for almost twelve years and being appointed to numerous committees, I have come to realize how important it is to demonstrate real experience and real results to the residents of the city. In fact, my opponents' supporters running for City Council agree with me that experience is important in this Campaign. I am proud of my accomplishments for Mayfield Heights - there are too many to list. Some of my proudest accomplishments include proposal and implementation of a city-wide no solicitation list, voting to keep gas wells out of our city parks, and supporting the completion of the Mayfield Road project which included the replacement of pavement and sanitary sewers. As the only Independent Candidate running for Mayor and most experienced candidate with a proven history of accomplishment, I will provide the best leadership and vision for Mayfield Heights and its residents.
