It is better to zip your lips if you have nothing to say; better close your eyes if what's in front of you is disgusting; and shut your ears if you hear others are just gossiping. Life could be easier. You have to close your eyes, shut your ears and zip your lips at the right time but it doesn't mean you remain dumb of the wrong things going on around you. Now, that is the role of your brain and make those bones and muscles move! Life could have been easier, simpler, happier, you think? The song tells us that we simply have a choice, a freedom of choice that gave to us. If we were born poor then we have a choice to become rich, born unhealthy but has a choice to be healthy. We dont need to walk on a straight line if we cannot stand the hardships that comes in to our life, sometime we have to take a shortcut cause it is our choice not to be in the same line every time. People has freedom of choice, they have to choose whether to fight for right or not. To become rich or poor, each one of us must have their own choices for everyones good or bad, a choice that might change anyone or to change you. Choice can be made by making an option to decide what is right or wrong for someone. Choice consists of the mental process of judging the merits of multiple options and selecting one or more of them. While a choice can be made between imagined options, often a choice is made between real options and followed by the corresponding action. For example, a route for a journey is chosen based on the preference of arriving at a given destination as soon as possible. Our problem is that we always think of our problem, we only need is to not to think of it is a choice. If we only not think of it we can escape to reality and may also face all the challenges that will be given to us. The song tell us we are blind, deaf and mute we dont mind what us happening around us even if when someone stepped us down an hurt us.
