MTODO DE ENSINO E ORGANIZAO DAS AULAS Teaching Procedures

Aulas tericas e terico-prticas leccionadas em continuidade, com uma carga horria total de 4 horas semanais por turma. Introduo das temticas de forma faseada, com proposta de pequenos trabalhos a desenvolver e apresentar durante a aula; lanamento de trabalhos de aplicao para realizar entre cada aula, com dimenso limitada e relacionada com a temtica em estudo. Trabalho Individual de tema a apresentar durante a primeira semana de Novembro. Entrega at 20.Dezembro.2013.

Lectures and recitations will be taught as a block, with 4 full hours per week and per class. Introduction of the themes by stages, mixed with courseworks to be developed during the class period; small courseworks to be developed between classes, connected with the theme under analysis. Individual Coursework with scope to be presented in the first week of November. To be delivered by 20.December.2013.

A Bibliografia ser distribuda ao longo do ano. Para cada tema a tratar nas aulas ser fornecido um sumrio com os seus tpicos, referncias bibliogrficas especficas, temas de reflexo e endereos de pginas web relevantes. A grande maioria das referncias relevantes existem em formato digital e sero colocadas na pgina da disciplina existente no Sigarra - Contedos. Nesta pgina sero disponibilizados os sumrios, slides projectados nas aulas (verses a cores e a p&b), elementos de trabalho e outras instrues relevantes. References will be provided along the semester. To each theme a summary will be provided with its topics, specific references, issues to consider and relevant web sites. Most of the references are available in digital format and will be placed in the Module page of Sigarra Options > Contents. In this location you will find the summaries, slides shown in class (color and b&w versions), elements needed for your work and any other instructions.

Haver 3 tipos de documentos a produzir: There will be 3 types of documents to be developed: 1. Trabalhos de Aula / Class Courseworks: Pequenas apresentaes 2/3 slides - a realizar em grupos de 2 estudantes durante a aula ou para o incio da aula seguinte; Small presentations 2/3 slides to be developed in groups of 2 students during class or for the beginning of the following one; Criar um formato graficamente apelativo para o slide, com a identificao da turma e dos estudantes, a utilizar para todos os trabalhos; Devise a graphically insteresting format for the slides, including class number and student names, to be used for all courseworks; Utilizar a nomenclatura TX_TAulY_Apelido1_Apelido2, em que X=turma, Y=nmero do trabalho, sendo enviado por email para o docente. Use the reference TX_TAulY_Name1_Name2, where X=class, Y=coursework number, and send it by e-mail.

Trabalhos de Aplicao / Application Courseworks: A serem desenvolvidos no final de cada tema, de forma individual, podendo ser em formato de apresentao ou de relatrio, conforme indicao do docente ou escolha do estudante; To be developed in the end of each topic, individually, as presentation or report, following the instructions of the teacher or student choice; Utilizar a nomenclatura TX_TApY_Apelido1, em que X=turma, Y=nmero do trabalho, sendo enviado por email para o docente. It is essential that these rules are followed to ensure that the teacher can correctly identify each document and give the corresponding marks without errors. To invest in a good graphic image is something that highly improves any technical document.
