GUIDED MEDITATION WITH SINGING BOWLS Guided Meditation for a small group Time: 30 minutes.
Note: It is good to have complete set of Singing Bowls for meditation: that is, 3 pcs. of Singing Bowls , bowl no. 1 , 2 & 3 i.e. New Age Healing Set of Tibetan Singing Bowls and 1 pc. of large size bowls ( bowl no. 4 ) i.e. Unique Meditation & healing set + medium and a large felt mallet. For the meditation use the script below. The headline in bold print let you know what is happening. They are just meant for your understanding. Speak with a slow and suggestive voice, and tap the bowls to accompany the words. In the beginning, it is recommended that you adhere to the text we provide. Later, the same information can be given intuitively in your own words. START THE MEDITATION WITH A SHORT INTRODUCTION: Well now do a guided meditation with Singing Bowls. Find a comfortable position. Lie down relaxed and assume a meditative position. During the meditation you dont have to change your position. But you can do so, if you wish. You are calm & relaxed. Your breathing is becoming deeper and more regular. All your body sensations are taking place in your subconscious, without effort. I am now starting the sound massage. I am now going to play a thin walled singing bowl ( BOWL # 2 ) that contains the sound of the entire body. Now, you observe the right sole of the foot feel the sound flows into reflex zone and massage your entire body. Now you feel the individual areas of your body. You feel the harmonious sound in your right foot and feel how they spread. You feel them in your foot in your ankle. The harmonious sounds stream through your calves and reach your knee joint.
