JUSTICE DENIED: WHAT WOULD THE GOVERNOR OF YOUR STATE DO?

What would the Governor of your state do if he/she was sent documents, deeds, letters, etc. that conclusively prove six to seven state-licensed attorneys, a (now retired) elementary school teacher, her siblings, a developer, and some state and county officials knew about the illegal sale of a four bedroom house and a 1.92 acre property that was/is owned by five senior citizen siblings three of whom are veterans with honorable discharges, awards, medals and one has a Purple Heart? Would the Governor of your state require a thorough investigation and follow the evidence and documentation wherever it leads in pursuit of justice and equal protection of all of our state and federal laws? What would the Governor do if the following happened in your state: 1) if a licensed senior attorney and later his junior law partner started scamming, abusing, and financially exploiting five senior citizen siblings three of whom are veterans by holding the property and house in abeyance, in an unsettled state for at least ten years until a few unscrupulous licensed attorneys actually conducted the illegal sale of the property and house? 2) if the senior attorney knew he had drafted a February 11, 1980 Quit Claim Deed and recorded that deed in the county Recorder of Deeds Office? The deed is recorded in Deed Book 995 Pages 310-311 and is the prevailing deed. The house and property border a pond. The senior attorneys wife is the Administrator of the Courts and from 2003 - 2009 he was the Solicitor for county government and the county council. The junior attorney is currently the attorney for the County Planning and Zoning Commission. From 2003, both attorneys and their Law Firm have been paid more than $ 2. 3 million of taxpayers money while perpetrating crimes against the senior citizens and veterans known as the Conaway siblings. (From 1994-2004, the two attorneys and their Law Firm were paid by the two eldest Conaway siblings to protect their property ownership rights for the family.) What would the Governor of your state do: 3) if other attorneys removed and used documents and deeds from closed estates to illegally sell the house and property? 4) if another licensed attorney colluded, conspired and drafted a December 16, 2005 Deed recorded in Deed Book 03248 Pages 160-162 to illegally sell the house and property? The attorneys inserted the now retired elementary school teacher and her siblings into their mothers closed estate. In 2001, their mother died intestate (without a Will), and without a recorded deed her name to the property and house. From 2001-2012, the now retired elementary public school teacher taught children while committing numerous alleged crimes against the five senior citizen Conaway siblings.

What would the Governor of your state do: 5) if the property tax parcel identification number was illegally changed from Parcel 8 to Parcel 6 on the day of sale and settlement of the property and house? The license attorneys failed to use due diligence to find the February 11, 1980 Quit Claim Deed the prevailing deed located in the County Recorder of Deeds Office. The states property sale certification process has been tainted. What would the Governor of your state do: 6) if the now retired elementary school teacher illegally sold the property and house while simultaneously filing bankruptcy and not disclosing the sale of the property, house, and proceeds on the official bankruptcy papers? Her sister and two brothers were also involved in the illegal sale of the property and house. What would the Governor of your state do: 7) if the developer colluded and conspired with the attorneys, the now retired elementary school teacher and her siblings on at least three other occasions to illegally purchase the property and house. The developers attorneys failed to use due diligence to locate the recorded 1980 Quit Claim Deed the prevailing deed. The property and house were sold and purchased without the knowledge and consent of the legal owners the five Conaway siblings. What would the Governor of your state do: 8) if the interloping December 16, 2005 Deed drafted at sale and settlement incriminates all who participated in the illegal sale? Would the Governor of your state require a thorough investigation by the state Attorney General, U.S. Attorneys, and the U.S. Department of Justice? The name of the state where this monumental travesty of justice and colossal coverup occurred is mentioned in U. S. History books as the first state to ratify the U.S. Constitution. What would you do if you were the Governor of this state and you had been sent copies of deeds and documentation in April 2009 that conclusively prove the Conaway senior citizen siblings had been denied their house, property, basic rights and equal protection of the laws? What would the Governor of your state do if Jennifer, the Governors Task Force official representative, stated in an October 4, 2013 telephone call, there is nothing the Governor or she can do, just get over it and go on with your lives? The senior citizen Conaway siblings, the legal owners of the property, have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours trying to reclaim property they legally own and that was stolen from them. Civil Court suits have been filed and unjust decisions have been rendered in the following court case numbers: Chancery Court case C.A. 1942 VCN; Superior Court Case C.A. 07C-08-017 JTV; State Supreme Court Case # 365, 2008. The U.S. Bankruptcy Court Case Numbers are 05-13987 JKF; 05-13987 BLS; the U.S. Bankruptcy Appeal Case # is 1:13-cv-0056-SLR decision pending. For approximately nineteen years and six months, the Conaway senior citizen siblings have been fighting for justice, for their basic rights and for equal protection of the laws. 2
