Autumn Term 2013

Good Things Grow Here

Autumn Term Parents Evening

This term our parents evenings will be held on Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November 3.30pm to 6.30pm. On both evenings there will be representatives from the Fostering and Adoption Team in Cheshire West and Chester in the IT suite. There is a shortage of Foster Carers in the local area and they are hoping to recruit local people. Appointments can be booked on the school website following the instructions below. How to Book an Appointment at Parents Evening 1. Log onto the school website www.millviewschool.co.uk and log in using your child's details found in the front of their reading diary. If you have more than one child you can use either log in details. 2. On your child's homepage find the communities section and click on 'Autumn Term Parent's Evening'. You will find this either on the left hand side of the page or at the bottom and you may need to scroll down to find it.

3. On the booking page enter your name (not your child's name) and click submit. Then click on the parents evening time slot or slots that you require. This will enter your name on the database and your booking will be complete. 4. If you wish to change your booking at a later date, you can do this by clicking 'remove' and booking a new slot. Note you will need to enter the same name on the booking page as before. Additional instructions can be found on the website under the parents / useful documents page. This system has been tried and tested by the Engagement and Support Group. Thank you to one of our Reception parents for writing the code and designing the system. Please contact Mr Gilbert or Mr Wallace if you have any difficulties.
