3 Indisputable Laws of God’s Economy

By Mike Rose, Senior Pastor
Over the past year we have all been impacted by the meltdown
of our economy. It’s been good to see some glimmer of hope for a
recovery, temporary as it may be. Perhaps one of the reasons our
nation and even the world has experienced such a traumatic down
turn in the economy is the ignoring of God’s laws regarding
resources, both financial and physical.
When God created the world, He established certain laws that
govern the affairs
of man, even the
cosmos. One such
law is gravity. We
know that when the
law of gravity is
ignored disastrous
things can happen.
In like manner,
when we understand
how gravity works and cooperate with it, we are able to put huge
airliners in the sky and know that their flight can be sustained.
In like manner, God has established laws that govern over
us in the realm of resources. Beginning August 16th, we will
consider three indisputable laws of God’s economy. Like gravity,
when ignored, disastrous results occur. However, when God’s
laws of economy are understood and cooperated with, great
blessing can be enjoyed. The following three laws will be the
focus of our Sunday morning teaching time:
• The Law of Returns—Luke 6:37–38
• The Law of Prosperity—Proverbs 22:7
• The Law of Management—Luke 19:11–27, Mathew 25:14–30
I would encourage you to read these Scriptures in advance
and commit to being part of this opportunity to be encouraged,
challenged and motivated to cooperate with the laws that govern
God’s economy.
