ENROLMENT REQUIREMENTS I. Documentary Requirements a. For USC Graduates i. Informative Copy of Transcript of Records indicating Certificate of Graduation/Special Order ii. 4 pcs. 2x2 picture (black and white/if colored with white background) b. For Non-USC Graduates i. Informative Copy of Transcript of Records indicating Certificate of Graduation/Special Order ii. Certificate of Transfer Credential/Honorable Dismissal from the school last attended or Permit to Study iii. 4 pcs. 2x2 picture (black and white/if colored with white background) iv. Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR), if alien All new students (including students who graduated with honors and those who earned graduate units) are required to take the Admission Examination consisting of IQ, Missouri College Entrance Test (MCET) and Written Composition. Basis for enrolment status a. No failure/s b. Cut off of Weighted Average c. Cut off of MCET (raw score)-

If any of the above is not met, the applicant may still be admitted. The enrolment status of the applicant, however, shall be considered ON PROBATION. IV. If the written composition is unsatisfactory and the MCET result is below 42 (raw score), the student is advised to take Engl 200A Certificate Course in English. The applicant must see the chairperson of the program for a personal interview.
