    On November 1, 2013, we published a headline list of commitments that countries made at the London OGP Summit. Some of these commitments are new open government reforms that will be part of OGP action plans being developed over the coming months, and some are enhanced commitments from previous plans. Each country filled out a short template about their commitment which can be found on this Scribd channel. These are unedited documents being published for the first time today. We encourage governments and civil society in each of the countries to work together on further refinement and implementation of the commitments. http://www.opengovpartnership.org/summary-london-summit-commitments

    TITLE OF COMMITMENT OPEN SPENDING - Development of the searchable online database on all payments executed from the State Treasury Single Account, according to the prescribed budget classifications DESCRIPTION (up to 200 words) Ministry of Finance will conduct the project of development of the searchable online database on the executed payments from the State Treasury Single Account, according to the prescribed budget classifications. It is expected that the project will be realized by the end of 2014. Database will contain all information on the payments from the State Treasury Single Account from the date of making the database public. It will be searchable, so that users (citizens) will have the opportunity to search for the information according to various parameters (name of the institution, PIN, etc.)
