This Krispy Kreme glazed donut recipe can be made from the comfort of your kitchen.

Prepare for a warm and delicious dessert now. Ingredients 1 1/4 cups water, warm 1 tablespoon acti e dry yeast 1/4 cup honey ! cups flour 1 1/" tablespoons non fat dry milk 1/" tablespoon salt 4 sifted cups powdered sugar 1/4 cup milk 4 cups egetable oil Directions 1. Pour the warm water into the bowl of your stand mi#er $% like to make the water a little bit warmer than bath water, so that when the bowl cools it slightly, it will still be warm enough to acti ate the yeast&. 'prinkle the yeast e enly o er the water. (rizzle the honey o er the yeast. )et rest for *+1, minutes until yeast is ery foamy. -dd the flour, dry milk, and salt to the bowl. Knead with the dough hook on a low speed. .nce the dough starts to form, allow the hook to continue to knead for another *+/ minutes until the dough is elastic and no longer sticky. 0o er the bowl and let dough rise until doubled in size. Punch down the dough and mo e it to a floured workspace like the kitchen table. 1oll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness. 0ut out the doughnuts, and be sure to cut a small hole in the middle $this pre ents the center of the doughnut from being undercooked, so don2t skip it3&. 0o er and let the dough rise once more for about 1, minutes. 4eanwhile, prepare the oil. 5ou need about " inches of oil in a pot. % 6ust used a small " 7uart saucepan, and % was able to fry " doughnuts at a time. %f you want to fry more doughnuts at a time, simply use a bigger pot with more oil. 4 cups of oil worked perfectly for me. 8eat the oil o er medium+high heat. %t2s ready when water droplets make it slightly sizzle. 9ently place each doughnut in the oil. .nce you see brown begin to creep up the side of the doughnuts, flip them $this should happen pretty 7uickly, it won2t take more than a minute, especially as the oil continues to get hotter&. 1emo e the doughnuts to a wire rack o er paper towels to let dry and cool slightly. <hisk together the powdered sugar and milk. -dd 1+" tablespoons of additional milk if the glaze is too thick for dipping. Thoroughly dip each doughnut in the glaze, top and bottom. Place back on the wire rack to allow e#cess glaze to drip off.
