Internet has many applications to share information; one of them and the most used is called facebook. Facebook is the most popular social network for several reasons. For starters, facebook does not discriminate, anyone can Access to it regardless of age or social status, all you need is a computer with internet access. This make it an easy tool combining both enterteinment and information. What is more, it is the perfect way to be in contact with people that is far away, through photos and publications. Among the many services offered are: Friends list, groups,wall, photos, gifts and games. However, like any other social networking application, facebook is vulnerable to the incorrect use of the information entered by the users. For one thing, facebook provides the tools necessary to restrict the information users publish. It is interesting to see how many of them do not use it either by simple ignorance or negligence, exposing themself to unscrupulous people. As a result, the information published is downloaded and used for criminal purposes, such as robberies or extortions. Moreover it is known that sometimes it has been used as evidence to prove infidelity.
