Price for the roof trusses shall include all steel members, connection plates, bolts, etc. including all necessary steel plate, etc. with and including design fees, fabricaton, installation and manufacturer's guarantee and all as per Architect's drawings. The tender is requested to submit shop drawings, specification and calculation sheet together with tender document for approval. Only designs from specialist Properieotory Roof Trusses Manufacturer's together with their Professional Engineer endorsement will be accepted

Design, fabricate , supply, transport, and install a minimum of ten(10) yesrs warranty (commencing from the date of the Certificate of Making Good Defects LYSACT Zincalume structural roof system or approved equivalent to support roofing material (measured separately) at 25 degrees pitch approx. 193m2 and hoisting to a height of approximately 3.30m above ground level using approved Roof System to suit the architectural drawings and other related drawings and project information complete steel roof trusses with including battens, accessories, fasteners and plate as described all to the manifacturer's instruction and to the approval of the S.O. The Contractors is to study and fully understand the drawing for steel roof trusses. Roof finishes

Approved 50mm thick fibre glass wool insulation (40kg/m3) laid on aluminium foil (measured separately). Approved 50mm thick galvanised mesh x 12 swg wire netting with approved straining wire (measured nett-no allowance made for laps).

Item Description Roofer Rainwater Goods Approved UPVC rainwater goods complete with strap, short length, jointings, fixing accessories and all necessary painting, jointed and fixed and complying all to manufacturer's specifications and instruction:A B C 150mm wide gutter including fixing accessories. Extra over for stop end. 100mm Diameter UPVC rainwater down pipe embedded into wall or column. Approved wire balloon grating and fixing on top of 150mm Diameter rainwater down pipe. Wrought pressure treated Grade 'B' timber in:E 200mm x 25mm thick fascia board. Prepare, knot, stop and prime with approved dull aluminium wood primer and paint one undercoat and two finishing coats of approved gloss paint to:F General surfaces of woodwork, exceeding 300mm girth.
